De The Balvenie Week of Peat 19 jaar is een unieke Speyside single malt Scotch whisky, ontstaan uit een jaarlijks experiment van de distilleerderij. Slechts één week per jaar wordt er geturfde mout gedistilleerd, wat resulteert in een bijzondere whisky die zachte rook combineert met de kenmerkende honingachtige Balvenie-stijl.
Na 19 jaar rijping biedt deze whisky een verfijnde balans van lichte turfrook, honing, vanille en citrus, aangevuld met subtiele kruiden en eikenhout. De afdronk is lang, elegant en harmonieus.
