De Tomatin 12 Years werd in 2014 opnieuw gelanceerd met een hoger alcoholpercentage van 43%. Deze expressie kreeg een extra rijping van 6 tot 9 maanden in Oloroso sherry butts voor extra diepte en karakter.
In de neus vind je romige botertonen, gevolgd door aroma’s van rozijnen en amandel. De smaak is soepel en zoet met eikenhout, vanille, gekonfijte gember, gedroogde sinaasappelschil en een hint van verse munt. Deze whisky won zilver op de International Wine and Spirit Competition 2014.
