Botanist Islay Gin is a very interesting and fully flavoursome gin from, yes you guessed it, the Islay region of Scotland. This beautiful gin includes 31 botanicals, with 22 of those being native to the Islay region. The botanicals included are wild Islay juniper, apple mint, lemon balm, coriander seeds, angelica root, bog myrtle leaves, chamomile, birch leaves, lemon peel, red clover flowers, creeping thistle flower, bedstraw flower, elderflower, cassia bark, white clover, wood sage, tansy, liquorice root, peppermint, water mint, meadow sweet, orange peel, gorse flower, heather flower, cinnamon bark, oris root, thyme leaves, mugwort, hawthorn flower and lemon balm.
