Tot begin jaren '80 stond Cardhu bekend als Cardow, wat in het Gaelic 'Black Rock' betekent. Hoewel de oorspronkelijke distilleerderij niet meer actief is, leeft het merk voort binnen de iconische Johnnie Walker blends — met Cardhu nog steeds in het hart van de stijl.
Deze unieke 12-jarige expressie is afkomstig uit de oude botteling, gebotteld op 40% ABV. Een prachtige whisky met historische waarde en zachte, elegante tonen.
